Overseas Instruction in Counseling (OIC) is a certified training center with the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors (ACBC).
OIC Asia's purpose is to train people so that Christians can provide counseling that is Bible-based and Christ-centered. At the same time, we help those trained by OIC to train other brothers and sisters, so they too can effectively counsel (provide biblical counseling) Christians who are struggling with various heart (spiritual) problems from the Bible.
